#1 School Issue: Disengagement

We believe “Disengagement” is a three (3) dimensional issue whereby people 1)Learn Distrust; 2) Feel Disconnected; and 3) Become Despaired. Put another way, we believe people (i.e. employees, parents, students, etc.) have lost trust in our institutions and its leadership (i.e. governments, schools, churches, workplaces, homes, etc.). At the same time, people are feeling more disconnected with others (i.e. loved ones, peers, authorities, etc.) than ever. Unfortunately, all these experiences ultimately result in despair (i.e. depression, hopelessness, laziness, apathy, rage, etc.).

WE HAVE A PLAN.

Education Is Changing

We have all heard that education is changing. But is it changing in our area? What kinds of changes are we talking about? Are we even ready for education to change in our area? How will these changes affect our children? How much are these changes going to cost the taxpayers? These are the kinds of questions we hope to raise, address, answer, and solve in the coming months. Stay tuned.

We Help Youth Succeed!

There are BEST PRACTICES when it comes to reaching and teaching students character and leadership principles; social and emotional intelligence; entrepreneurship and employability skills; as well as college and career readiness.

In short, there’s more to learning, education, and the high school experience than just academics… and we want to help your students prepare for the future.

“We’re thankful for all the people who have shared their knowledge, passion, and best practices with us over the years. Now, we want to share what we know with you.”

"High school was difficult for me. I was my own worst enemy. Thankfully, there were people who believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Their ability to see good in me made all the difference. Thank you for standing by me then... and now."
